About the Owner & CEO

R. Elaina Perkins-Fleming is a Certified Accountant, and the founder and CEO of Another Level Finance and Consulting. Another Level Finance and Consulting is a full-service accounting firm that specializing in individual and small business tax returns and bookkeeping. Another Level Finance and Consulting is unique in that they teach budget strategies, provide investing advice and help people to achieve economic independence.

Elaina has 20 years of experience, during which she has provided expert tax preparation, small business development, risk management and internal audits services to a diverse clientele including individuals, franchises, nonprofits, and government agencies.

Elaina Perkins-Fleming earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Computer Programming from Saint Leo University. She has also earned Master’s Degrees in Health Resource Management from Strayer University as well as a Master’s in Accounting from the Liberty University. She received years of her tax preparation training through H&R Block and is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Elaina’s passion is driven by the issues and ideals that challenge our world today. Each client is treated as “family.” Her approach is both unique and effective and the connection she forms with her clientele is lifelong. Elaina current resides in Norfolk, VA with her husband and their 2 children. In her free time she enjoys being active in the community. She is also a licensed minister and volunteers regularly at her church.
